INTRODUCING CHEF RICCARDO RUSSO

Born in 1994, Chef Riccardo Russo tells a family story and his inspirations from around the world. After over 12 years of experience in luxury restaurants and hotels abroad and in Italy, including most recently the Michelin-starred Otto Geleng Restaurant in Taormina, today Chef Russo presents a culinary journey made of evocative and innovative creations, reinterpreting seasonal ingredients and the freshest local fish, with a touch of tradition.

FROM THE HEART OF DOMINI, A CONTEMPORARY AND AUTHENTIC MENU

From the large window overlooking the live kitchen of Dòmini Restaurant, guests can observe the Chef and his team intent on surprising them. Creative flavors recalling Asian cuisine and spices discovered by the chef during a trip to Mexico, are combined with traditional recipes revisited in a modern key. Each dish becomes an invitation to refined conviviality.
